This site is a front door, and we would rather say so plainly. It is run by a small local marketing company that works with one commercial cleaning contractor in Kitchener. When you call or send the form, it goes to them. They do the walk-through, write the scope, quote the work and run the crews. There is no fee to you for going through this site, and no markup added to the quote because you found them here.
The reason it works this way is that good commercial cleaners are usually terrible at marketing. They are out at 10pm with a crew, not writing web pages. So we do that side, they do the cleaning, and you get a phone number that reaches someone who actually shows up.
What the contractor brings
- Commercial general liability insurance, with a certificate naming your company if your landlord or property manager requires it
- A current WSIB clearance certificate
- WHMIS training and safety data sheets on file for every product used in your building
- Criminal record checks and bonding on staff for buildings that require them
- All equipment and products supplied, with consumables either supplied by us or bought by you - your choice, priced either way
What we do not do
We do not publish reviews or ratings on this site. It is a new site and inventing testimonials would be the fastest way to prove we are not worth calling. Ask for references from Kitchener buildings of a similar type and size when you talk to us, and check them.
We also do not quote a monthly price over the phone without seeing the space. Anybody who does is either guessing high so they are covered, or guessing low and planning to renegotiate in month three.
How this works
How it works
- You call or send the form. Tell us the type of space, roughly how big it is, how many people use it, and how often you think you need service. Fifteen minutes on the phone gets us most of the way.
- Walk-through. Usually within a couple of days, at a time that suits you - including after hours if you would rather not have staff wondering. We look at every area, count washrooms and kitchens, check floor types, and ask about access, waste and consumables.
- Written scope and flat quote. Every area, every task, every frequency, on one document, with a monthly price. Read it. Push back on anything that looks wrong before you sign it, not after.
- Start date and access. Keys, fobs, alarm codes and any building sign-in are set up and logged before the first visit. Insurance and WSIB certificates go to your property manager if they need them.
- Then it runs. Same crew, same nights, logged visits, a supervisor walkthrough each month, and thirty days notice either way if it is not working.

What we won't do
